Amy Lou Adams, full name Amy Lou Adams (born 20 August 1974, Aviano Italy), American actress. Her fame is for portraying naive characters that are adorable and enjoyable. Adams was lived in Castle Rock Colorado, as one of the seven kids who was her smallest. Her father served in U.S. service in Italy. The early 1990s were when Adams began performing and dancing professionally for the Boulder Dinner Theatre as well as the Country Dinner Playhouse. Then she was in Minnesota in a small local theatre she was chosen to be a part of a mock film documentary on beauty contests called Drop Dead Gorgeous. After her screen debut that was successful, in which she played an annoying but pleasant contestant, Janet moved into Los Angeles where she began professional acting.
